About
I help athletes navigate the moments that test them most — pressure, injury and change.
My approach is calm, structured and evidence-based, translating research into practical tools athletes actually use.
I’m a former international athlete with a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology (Distinction). I transitioned from a nearly 15-year career in finance to pursue my passion for helping people manage stress and reach their full potential.
The majority of my clients use my 1:1 Bespoke Coaching service. This provides tailored support for specific performance challenges such as confidence dips, focus under pressure, or balancing sport with life.
In addition to that, my work focuses on three key areas:
Junior Coaching: developing focus, confidence, and emotional regulation in young athletes. This is a service I wish I had available to me when I was an elite junior, and firmly believe in its return on investment for both athletic performance and the life skills it can provide.
Injury Rehabilitation: Having spent over half my life in and out of seeing physios, chiros, podiatrists and surgeons, I understand the psychological burden an injury can place on athletes. These sessions work to rebuild trust, motivation, and confidence throughout recovery, while also providing a point of accountability.
Athlete Transition: supporting the shift into new chapters — from pathway changes to retirement. This area is where my academic work has been focused, specifically on the Social Identity Model of Change. These sessions can be effective at any point in an athlete’s career, providing resilience when change comes.
Across all sessions, the goal is the same — to help you perform, recover and grow with clarity and control, on your own terms.
